The science of Ayurveda is over 5,000 years old and translates to 'the science of life'. It covers all aspects from preparing the body ready for conception in order to create healthy and happy babies through to maintaining and rejuvenating the human body, so we may be able to enjoy healthy and happy lives. Ayurveda treats you as an individual prescribing the right lifestyle and diet suited to you. The Ayurvedic approach treats the human body as a whole and understands the relationship between the mind, body and emotions.

This holistic approach is what originally attracted Anne to Ayurveda over 13 years ago. She enrolled at the College of Ayurveda in London after completing a BSc in Management and German and an internship in a bank in Germany where she realised she would not be totally fulfilled following a life in Commerce. She went to one lecture in Ayurveda and knew that she had found her passion. She studied for a further 6 years and qualified with a PGDip and MSc from Middlesex University in Ayurveda. During her studies she completed internships at a hospital in India which specialised in different types of Arthritis.

She has held a practice in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire before moving here to Stevenage. She has experience treating many different types of illness including Fertility issues, PCOS, Endometriosis, Hepatitis, Diabetes, Cancer, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder, Dystonia, Parkinsons, MS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy as well as more general frozen shoulders, groin strains, back pain, headaches, menstrual problems, persistent coughs and colds etc.
